TAI CHI

Learn this ancient art form by repeating the movements of the instructor. There are many health benefits that come from practicing Tai Chi. Improve your balance and coordination whilst maintaining general health and wellbeing. This class is suitable for all ages.
The level 1 course caters for those who have never participated in Tai Chi. Whilst it is recommended participants attend this course prior to Level 2, it is not compulsory.
