A high percentage of people are doing exercises that are not suited to their specific needs or goals and many exercises that were considered the norm are know considered dangerous or a waste of time.

Bodybuilding books are an example of where exercises are promoted that are not functional and are not suited for the majority of people. We see others look a certain way, or train a certain way and then expect the same training will get the same results. Will this happen – not likely, there are a multitude of reasons why, these include body type, muscle structure, training age, nutrition etc. There are too many reasons to list.

One to One Training is the key way to enhance coordination, muscular strength, endurance and ultimately to build a body better able to meet the challenges of daily life.
