Strength Training

If your goal is to feel stronger and more able to carry out daily activities such as the shopping and climbing the stairs, this class is for you!


Level: Extremely gentle

A cardiovascular warm up and stretch is followed by strength training exercises using body weight and light hand held weights. Finish with core strengthening exercises and a long stretching phase to improve your flexibility. This class is designed specifically to improve strength and functional capability
