Gentle Exercise

If you are somewhat active already and want a class which may challenge you slightly more than walking around the block then look no further!


Level: Gentle

Incorporates some cardiovascular exercise, some strengthening exercises using small hand held weights along with functional exercises using ones own body weight. Finish with balance, core strengthening exercises and a long stretching phase to improve your flexibility.
