Generally there is a mixture of dynamic and holding postures and sequences for developing strength and suppleness, posture and mental focus.
We adhere to the traditional philosophy that Yoga practice remain free of fixed routines, styles or religious dogma - any 'union' is arrived at through the conscious practice of posture, breath and relaxation and assisting the individual or group to adapt the workout to their own needs.
Our casual approach ensures that anyone from absolute beginners to highly experienced can enjoy these classes.
