The following class is recommended to someone new or anyone who is returning to exercise after a period of illness, injury or inactivity. It is recommended that those unsure as to their health status seek a medical clearance to exercise from their general practitioner.
Pilates
A “mat work” style class using breathing techniques and exercises specific to core strength and stability. You will tone weaker muscle groups, gain flexibility and firmness by moving muscles through their full range of motion and notice.
Please note this is NOT an injury rehabilitation class and is designed for those who are physically active and well.
