Fitness Classes

Class for the conditioned participant:

It is recommended that those unsure as to their health status seek a medical clearance to exercise from their general practitioner.

Please note for classes held in the Pool or in Multi Purpose Rooms 1&2 it is required that all participants collect a token from reception and present this token to the class teacher. The token can be collected up to half an hour prior to the class starting time.

Body Combat Technique

These classes are FREE and are strongly recommended to those wishing to participate in the classes. You will learn safe technique and specific moves to ensure you gain the most effective Body Combat workout.

Body Combat

A pre-choreographed class combining simple martial arts moves. Learn to punch, block, round house and sidekick. Put those moves to racy, upbeat tracks with plenty of instructor motivation. This class will leave you feeling exhausted and really great!
