Fitness Classes

Class for the conditioned participant:

It is recommended that those unsure as to their health status seek a medical clearance to exercise from their general practitioner.

Please note for classes held in the Pool or in Multi Purpose Rooms 1&2 it is required that all participants collect a token from reception and present this token to the class teacher. The token can be collected up to half an hour prior to the class starting time.


Body Attack

A high energy, high impact class designed for those with a medium to high level of fitness. This class is pre-choreographed and follows a basic move format although it is a very high intensity and challenging workout, which is great fun.
